Payment
Our boarding fees are chargeable per day, including the day of arrival and the day of departure. However, no charge is made if pets are collected prior to 10am (prompt) on the day of departure. Full payment is required on departure (or prior). Please note that we charge for all dates booked. Payment can be made by card, cash or cheque (with valid bankers card).
Opening Hours : Monday to Sunday (9am - 5pm)
Although this establishment has 24 hour supervision, it is very much appreciated if clients would respect our strict opening and closing business hours when collecting or delivering their pets. Our local collection/delivery service is strictly between the 10am and 4pm on Mondays - Fridays only. WE DO NOT PROVIDE THIS SERVICE OVER THE WEEKEND.
Viewing Hours: Monday to Sunday (11am - 3pm)
All new and prospective clients are more than welcome to view our facilities, without prior appointment, strictly between the hours of 11am and 3pm daily (except on days when we are closed - all public holidays). Unfortunately, time does not permit us to allow viewings on the days when we are only open 9am - 1pm.
Days we are closed
Although we look after your pets 365 days of the year, we are CLOSED on all public holidays to all our clients and the general public.
Discounts
- 10% off two pets boarding at the same time
- 15% off three pets boarding at the same time
- 20% off four pets boarding at the same time
- 25% off five (or more) pets boarding at the same time
- Length of stay above 22 days - by separate negotiation
- We do not charge double rate for any public holidays
- We do not give a discount for cash
